For me, therapy is about exploring, challenging and facing up to our thoughts, fears and our past, it is about doing this with support and free from judgement. It is about caring for the whole person, to make them feel as though they are able to grow, find strength they didn’t know they had or had forgotten, to help them to prepare to make the next steps to enable them to move forward.
